As a resident of the Deep Cove, Dollarton, Blueridge, and East of Seymour since 1982, I have seen both of my children go through the Elementary Schools and High Schools, as well as Capilano University and SFU. They have been involved in soccer, skiing and snowboarding, golfing, sailing and swim clubs. This area is a safe and healthy place to raise your children. Although we are just minutes from downtown, Deep Cove-East of Seymour is a sactuary of natural beauty and peace.

After living here since 1982, I am still in awe of the amazing views and hikes on the Bayden Powell Trail , the kayaking and biking oportunities in pristine wilderness, and the proximity to the water that Deep Cove offers. The community feeling as you walk the trails, sip coffee at Honey's or enjoy local theatre is warm and encompassing.
Deep Cove - East of Seymour is an active and eclectic neighbourhood surrounded by parks, trails, beaches, ski hills and golf courses. Lit trails interlink the neighbourhoods and forest trails offer some of the best mountain biking in the world. Any given summer day you can see sailboats and kayakers zipping around Deep Cove's waters, as well as people swimming at the child safe beaches.
